Bouquet: Intense, of aromatic herbs; very complex with strong notes of vanilla, bitter orange, gentian, cinchona and rhubarb
Taste: Sweet, very structured and with a pleasant bitter aftertaste

Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif, a base for cocktails (from the most classic to the most innovative) or pure interesting combination with chocolate
